Privacy Policy

Your information, handled with care.

This policy explains what information Alizaara LLC collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to riders, families, law firms, facilities, care organizations, website visitors, and driver applicants.

Last updated: October 13, 2026

01Information we collect about you

Personal information is information that identifies you or could reasonably be linked to you. We collect it when you request or schedule a ride, ask for a quote, contact us, or apply to drive with us. Depending on how you use our services, this may include:

  • Your name, phone number, email address, and home or pickup address
  • Pickup and destination addresses, appointment dates and times, and recurring ride schedules
  • The type of appointment (for example, dialysis, a doctor visit, or physical therapy) and any mobility or assistance needs you share, such as using a cane or walker
  • Billing details, such as whether a ride is private pay, billed to a facility or agency, or arranged on a personal injury lien, along with the related case, claim, or authorization reference
  • Information about the person or organization arranging the ride, such as a family member, case manager, care coordinator, or law firm
  • For driver applicants, your contact details, city, driving experience, and anything else you choose to include in your application

We may also receive this information from the people and organizations who arrange rides for you, such as law firms, home health agencies, assisted living facilities, health plans, and social workers.

02How we use your information

We use personal information to:

  • Confirm your identity and the details of each ride
  • Schedule, dispatch, and complete transportation, and contact you or your coordinator about it
  • Prepare quotes, trip logs, invoices, and itemized records for private pay, facility, and lien billing
  • Send important notices, such as confirmations, schedule changes, and updates to our terms or policies
  • Review and respond to driver applications
  • Run our business, including record-keeping, quality and safety reviews, insurance, and meeting our legal obligations

03Website information and cookies

Our website does not require an account, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Like most websites, the companies that host our site and supply its fonts may automatically log basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and the pages you view. This information is used to deliver the site securely and reliably and is not used by us to identify you personally.

Our ride request, contact, and application forms open your own email program with your details filled in. Nothing you type is sent to us until you choose to send that email. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings.

04How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing. We share it only as needed to provide and pay for your transportation:

  • With the people arranging your ride. This includes family members, facilities, agencies, health plans, care coordinators, and, for lien-based rides, the law firm handling your case.
  • With service providers. These include drivers, scheduling, phone, email, and payment tools, and our accountants and insurers. They may use the information only to provide services to us and must protect it.
  • In an emergency. If a rider needs urgent help during a trip, we may share information with emergency responders.

06Medical and sensitive trip information

Ride details can reveal health information, such as a dialysis schedule or a visit to a specialist. We treat this information as confidential and use it only to arrange, provide, document, and bill for transportation.

When we provide rides for health plans, healthcare providers, or facilities that must follow the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), we follow the confidentiality and security terms in our agreements with them. Where those agreements require it, we also require our own service providers to protect the information in the same way.

07How we protect your information

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to our business to protect personal information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. These include password-protected systems and accounts, limiting access to team members who need the information for their work, secure storage of paper records, and training our team and drivers on handling rider information.

No method of storing or sending information is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your information has been put at risk, please contact us right away.

08How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy. That includes the time required by law and our contracts for billing, tax, insurance, and record-keeping. Trip records connected to a personal injury case may be kept until the case and any related lien are resolved. Records we keep for healthcare partners are kept for the periods their agreements or applicable law require. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or securely destroy it.

09Reviewing and correcting your information

You can ask to review the personal information we hold about you, correct anything that is inaccurate, or ask us to delete it. Call dispatch at (310) 901-3503 or email admin@alizaara.com. To protect you, we will confirm your identity before making changes or sharing records.

If a law firm, facility, or agency arranged your ride, we may also need to involve them so we do not disclose information about a case or facility arrangement without proper authorization.

11Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the "CCPA"), may give you the following rights, subject to legal exceptions:

Right to know

You can ask what personal information we have collected about you over the past 12 months, the categories of sources we got it from, why we collected it, and the categories of third parties we shared it with. You can also ask for a copy of that information.

Right to delete

You can ask us to delete the personal information we collected from you. We may keep some information when the law allows. Examples include completing a ride or payment, keeping records the law or our contracts require, protecting against fraud or security incidents, and keeping internal records connected to our relationship with you.

Right to correct

You can ask us to correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you.

Right to opt out of sale or sharing

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of.

Right to non-discrimination

We will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or give you a different quality of service because you exercised any of these rights.

12How to make a privacy request

To make a request, call dispatch at (310) 901-3503 or email admin@alizaara.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." Please include your name and phone number and describe your request.

We will confirm your identity by matching the details you give us with the information we already have. You can have an authorized agent make a request for you if you give them signed permission, and we may still ask you to confirm your identity directly. We will respond within the time the law requires, usually within 45 days. You may make a request to know up to twice in a 12-month period.

13Text messages (SMS)

If you check the text-message consent box on our contact form, or otherwise agree to receive texts from us, Alizaara LLC may send text messages to the number you provide. These may include ride confirmations and reminders, schedule updates, follow-up on your inquiry, and support. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of using our services.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for assistance, or call us at (310) 901-3503.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in information is shared only with the service providers that help us deliver messages to you.

14Children

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If a parent or guardian arranges a ride for a minor, we collect only the details needed to provide that ride. If you believe a child has sent us personal information through our website, please contact us and we will delete it.

15Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. If the changes are significant, we will make reasonable efforts to let you know. Continuing to use our services after an update means the updated policy applies.

16Contact us
